While we can burn off the calories from junk food through exercise, we can't undo the harm it does to our bodies. Junk food isn't just about calories; it also contains harmful substances that can affect our minds, organs, and overall health. It's a mistake to believe that working out can completely erase the negative effects of unhealthy eating. Exercise can only deal with the calories, not the other harmful impacts. So, thinking that a workout can make up for eating junk food isn't accurate.
