Answer by Ashish Lal: The optimum would be to work out one hour for five days a week. See, we all work 8 to 9 hours, five days a week. So, why not work out one hour for five days a week? That will show you the best results. If you cannot, then maybe on alternate days, work out for one hour. Like Monday - one hour, Wednesday - one hour, Friday - one hour, or Tuesday - one hour, Thursday - one hour, and Saturday - one hour. But take my experience, if you plan to work out for seven days, then you will be able to work out for five or four days. If you plan for three days, you might not be working out at all. So, plan for seven days, and then work out for five days, one hour each day. If you don't have much time, then just work out for 15 -20 minutes also, because consistency is more important than intensity. Don't think that tomorrow I will work out for one and half hours, not a good idea.
