What is the best way to warm up before exercising?

Question by Sam:  What is the best way to warm up before exercising? 

Answer by Ashish Lal:  There are several ways. Many people do a few asana, like say, six times Surya Namaskaras; enough to warm up. Some people just walk on the treadmill for five to ten minutes, slow walk, and that is enough to grease your joints or some people just stretch. Do a bit of aerobics; that is also enough. But, we must warm up before exercise. That is mandatory; otherwise, you will have a lot of injuries.
