While we are traveling, how do we manage diet and workouts?

Question by Sam:  So while travelling, how should one manage their diet and workouts?

Answer by Ashish Lal:  Workouts you can manage whenever you get time workout.  The best thing that I do is to wake up early whenever I am travelling and do my workouts.  If you cannot wake up early while travelling,  you can work out in the evening. But make sure that you work out, even if it is just for 15 to 20 minutes.  About diet,  you should try to have healthier options as much as possible. Try to avoid refined flour. refined sugar,  refined oil,  fried items,  fast food.  Try to have healthier options and quantity should be less.  Because you are having new items,  many times we tend to have a lot of it.  So just eat less items so that you are full and you are not overeating.
